I’m having a hard time deciding what to choose as an email address with my own domain. I can sign up for a domain email through Wix, my website provider. But since I named the business after myself (maybe a bad idea, but a bit late to change that now), it seems silly to have my email be:
Should I use something like “info@stephb-editing.com” or “owner@stephb-editing.com” instead?

I would use steph@stehb-editing.com
Many people do this, as it is common for editors to use their name in their domain since their name is their business name. It’s completely fine to have your name@domain that also has your domain.
But you can just do Steph instead of Stephb if you wanted to mix it up a little.
